About Aqua Spa Car Wash
Aqua Spa Car Wash is a car wash in Hilliard, Ohio. It is listed at 4980 Roberts Rd, Hilliard, OH 43026, which places it among the local businesses of Hilliard that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
Car washes in the United States come in four main formats: the express tunnel, where you stay in the car while a conveyor pulls it through brushes or high-pressure jets; the full-service wash, where attendants vacuum and wipe down the interior after the tunnel; the self-service bay with a coin or card-operated pressure wand, foam brush and vacuums; and the hand wash, where a crew washes and dries the car by hand. Touchless tunnels skip the cloth brushes entirely and rely on chemicals and water pressure, which is gentler on paint but less effective on heavy grime. Most express chains sell an unlimited monthly plan, usually priced at two to three single washes, that is only worth it if you wash more than twice a month. Gas stations often bundle a discounted wash with a fill-up.

The only bad thing about this car wash is that you can only take your car through once a day, and it really shouldn’t be that way. You’re paying a $50 membership to have your car cleaned properly, and sometimes one wash just isn’t enough to get it clean.

My car was already pretty clean when I went through the touchless wash, just dusty so I cant really speak for the "cleaning power" of it but it was a very clean spot and the employee outside was nice and helped me sign up for the subscription, if you care about your car, only use touchless, self serves or home washes, NEVER regular automatics, plus they have free vacuums/ a spot to finish drying the car right outside the exit.

Awful service with shifts ran by careless young adults. My car was still visibly dirty after the wash. I drove back around and asked if I could go in one more time. The attendant told me my car wouldn’t be perfect since it’s white and was initially too dirty. (He wasn’t present before I drove through the wash to make such a statement) i think I speak for everyone when I say, you go to the car wash wit a dirty car. I asked to speak with manager and he gave me a number which ended up being the other location. I then found the correct number to Robert’s road location, talked to someone whom told me I could go back through the wash. DO NOT GO HERE. They do not stand behind the quality of service. Your car will still be dirty and the attendants don’t care!

I have two cars both with monthly passes which are a fair price. I only use the touch free wash as I hand wash my cars when they need a deeper clean because I do not want swirl marks or scratches from the full touch wash. This is the only touch free car wash in Hilliard that I've found with a monthly pass option. The wash itself is okay. Doesn't get the bugs in the summer or road grime in the winter, but its good for the in-between washes. The reason for the low rating is that the touch free almost always has a line of 5 cars or more and the car wash closes too early. I find myself pulling into the car wash and turning right back around and leaving as I dont have 30 minutes to wait in line. Too bad the touch free side isn't open 24/7. I would be willing to come a little later in the evening if I wouldn't have to wait in line.

Great Touchless wash. 4 stars. Would give 5 but the alley way that you exit out onto is potholed behind the Speedway Dumpster and as a result tires will kick dirt back up into your car. Having a hatchback the nozzles do pretty good of getting the rear of the car.
